AN OBJECT OF TIME - THE NEW VITREA FROM ERWIN SATTLER. GLASS MEETS MECHANICS, MEETS DESIGN
The mouth-blown glass dome, which protects the sophisticated inner mechanisms, has not only given the table clock its name, it also allows the mechanisms inside to be observed from almost all sides.
The movement and the minimalist black anodized dial rings with cambered hands float almost weightlessly in space.

GLASS MEETS MECHANICS, MEETS DESIGN
A time object that not only interprets the word ‘object’ very aptly, but is also 100% focused on the word ‘time’. This is made clear by the use of a movement with fusee and steel cable, passing strike with bell and, of course, a power reserve of 15 days.
There is an inlaid mirror in the base plate of the socket which also shows the movement with its goldplated gears through an opening in the back plate, creating a fascinating depth effect.
The combination of acoustic elegance, mechanical precision and visual sophistication makes the Vitrea a stylish design object that enhances any interior.
It is a statement for enthusiasts of fine timepieces and, thanks to the glass, embodies an openness that reveals the beauty of the mechanics and at the same time conveys a touch of timelessness.
The Vitrea has a power reserve of 15 days and a Swiss escapement with a screw balance.
The Vitrea has the following dimensions: height: 22 cm, diameter 23 cm.
There are 12 precision ball bearings inside the Vitrea.
